   Everyone has their own favorite and special hobby as their interest. As for my favorite and special hobby, I love listening to any song according to genre while doing something such as drawing, writing, studying, resting, or even before sleep. Some people think that doing homework while listening to song is not good because it will bother us and can’t concentrate on what we will be doing. But not for me, I feel more comfortable by doing this because somehow it can release my tension while feeling pressured. I feel more easily to do something while listening to the music especially when I want to sleep because it makes me comfort and calm.

Many disease and plague created by most of the living things have come in this world. What we should worry about is our health and longevity of our life. The healthy life style that I concerned about is my physical, mental, emotional and spiritual to keep me healthy and happy. In order to done all this, I should take a healthy balance diet and exercise at least 1 time a day. Besides, I also have to beware of bad influence such as taking drugs, free sex and any negative effects. By doing all this, I hope that I can live a happy life style.

   Of course everyone in this world has their own idol or hero that they proud of and trying to be like them. As for me, I have my own hero called Chong Yee Siew. He is my father. I take him as my hero because there were many things that make me proud of him. He manages us successfully as the head of our family. He is a responsible person. He works hard to feeds us whole family. The characteristic that I like the most about him was his kindness and patience taking care of us. Always give advice to us. That’s why I take my father as my hero because one day if I have a family I want to be just like my father so that I can handle my family just like what head of the family should be.

   In my English class there were always a few students that rarely attending to class or not to be punctual in time for class. Imagine that our lecturer are giving us new notes or knowledge but we don’t came into her class, then we will losing lots of knowledge that suppose we get and learn from our lecturer. When exam is coming, we don’t even know anything to study or can’t make revision because don’t have some of the note that has been given to all class student.

Unconditional Love and self-acceptance 


Unconditional love is loving without limitations, conditions or reservations. It is based on an attitude of complete acceptance which means you decide to love other people - and yourself too, of course - by being happy with them just as they are, without needing to change them in any way, allowing them to grow, to be all that they want to be for themselves, even if this does not include you or fit with your plans. This is the ultimate focus of all our work, at the very cent re of everything, if you can truly love and accept yourself, then your life experience has no limits. When we were babies, we knew unconditional love, but over time, as we grow up our thoughts become conditioned by the world around us. We learn the behaviors that work to survive, we learn whether we are good or bad, what is acceptable and what is not. Deep down don?t we all crave this love? Though it often feels lost to us. So often we seek or demand love from others, but are completely unable to give it. The reality is that if we do not hold this love for ourselves, we will not be able to give it to others or expect others to feel that way about us. It's harsh, but how can we expect others to love us unconditionally if we cannot?
